Delivery

Nationwide Delivery: We offer nationwide delivery for a flat rate of R135 store-to-door.

PUDO Locker Delivery: We offer delivery to PUDO lockers for added convenience for R80. Delivery Times: Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery within South Africa.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Returns

Returns Window: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. No Questions Asked: We accept returns without any questions asked. Faulty or Incorrect Goods: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind: Returns due to incorrect orders or a change of mind will require the customer to cover the return shipping costs. Please note:

Returns must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
